The work environment although they have mega information posted within the shop on WorkSAFE and "Employee Rights" it is nothing but rubbish. Managers are usually extremely rude and quite unprofessional in the way they communicate to employees in front of customers.
A 8hr work day gives you only a half hour break with no other breaks.
Area Managers are "Micro Managers" and will instruct managers to give employees a hard to time in order that the employee quits or gets fired. All the while following and adhering to Canadian labour laws. They seem to have their backs covered in this respect and "know" the system.
Constant high staff turnover
Would not recommend working for this company at all
