Great Management, positive workplace, and a everyone works as a team.

Typical day at work would be to visit with clients, and help them with activities of daily living, serving meal trays, and assisting with the individual needs of the clients. Most enjoyable part of the job was going to work with friendly and helpful co-workers, and helping the clients. Hardest part of the job was the fluctuation of hours, and the short shifts.

Toxic work culture, inconsistent hours, irritable and unhelpful management. Penny-pinching while charging residents a fortune to maximize profit over delivering as promised.

Incredibly disappointing

Many of the staff and residents were amazing to work with. Operations and management is very disorganized and poor. Many times there was not product ordered that was required for the menu. Consistently short staffed and approaching management with ideas and suggestions was often met with an extremely cold response.
