As Senior Project Manager for the Aim Group I did plan and execution of Public Works projects doing the engineering project developing, project plans and forecasting budgets. All projects I have done included the interpreting of the construction drawings/ blueprint. On numerous project I have done the drawings and specifications for the drawings. All help needed was provided.
Awesome company that provides a good salary. No work functions or benefits or work culture. Work can be very slow during tendering periods. No boss really to report to. Get put onto multiple projects and are used as a resource often which is good.
Work is by contract
Even though The AIM Group has been around for years, they are always looking for input on how they can improve. Your opinion matters at any level of employment. The hierarchy you see in most companies is almost non existent at The AIM Group. It's refreshing to know that your opinion may actually result in a major company change.
Process weekly payroll Initiate e-mails, and outbound collection calls to enforce payment due dates Receive and resolve all inbound customer A/R client calls. Responsible for detailed accounts receivable data entry (verify, record, update or process customer, invoices, documents, payments, and records) in accordance with established policies, paperwork and procedures. Review, analyze, and prioritize monthly accounts receivable reports as required. Escalate any customer accounts as required. Participate in related projects and meetings. Other duties as required
