Not a good place to work
Honestly, there’s no training given, you work in a toxic environment and a distracting one , expect you to do a job that no one teaches you what to do, and tell you to just move on when someone gets angry for the company not listening to them. Pathetic upper management
The only thing this company cares is about how much money you can take from customers. They do not care about you and will fire and rehire everyone to avoid paying employees. They find a way to reduce your pay for everything they can. They promise you the world but deliver you nothing.

Was a good job till new management
Job was nice then new management took over and working this job was bad a lot of micromanaging and picking favourites the money was good but you started reciving older leads which we’re already spoke to multiple times and much harder to convert into sales causing less money.
