Fun, lighthearted work environment

Automotive Detailer (Current Employee) - Fraserville, ON - 17 August 2023

A typical day at work includes cleaning either used cars or typically new trailers. Free flowing conversation between employees while working makes for a stress free shift. Adequate breaks are given throughout the day. This is a very laid back work environment, management here is incredibly understanding and flexible. I started here with no detailing experience, completed on the job training and am now very confident in my detailing ability and experience.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, positive work environment, adequate breaks & time off, good pay, solid group of people to work with.

Cons

I’m not able to live here

As an employee at 401 Auto, my experience has been great. The management and my co-workers are all very friendly and very supportive. They help me succeed and strive further. I am given constant advice and help to further my career and be the most productive. The work environment here is very inviting and comfortable as everyone shares great values.

A great work environment!

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) - Fraserville, ON - 8 November 2021

I’ve worked for this company for several years in various positions, I’ve always had a good time working here. I’ve worked as a detailer and a receptionist, both being very different positions but both a wonderful work environment. Management is easy going and understanding, coworkers are like friends and family, overall a great place to work.
