A typical day at work includes cleaning either used cars or typically new trailers. Free flowing conversation between employees while working makes for a stress free shift. Adequate breaks are given throughout the day. This is a very laid back work environment, management here is incredibly understanding and flexible. I started here with no detailing experience, completed on the job training and am now very confident in my detailing ability and experience.

What is the best part of working at the company?I was given some nice projects to work on which was a motivation to get up and come to work everyday. Outside of that, there was many things that didn't sit well with me.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I felt we were overworked and there was often lots of stress in the overall work environment. There was a lot of turnover which can be very unsettling not knowing if your co-worker will be there when you arrive Monday morning.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?They like to think they have a great work environment and culture but it's far from it. It might be that way for those in management but for anyone else, it's not the case. It becomes clear that everyone is scared of the owners and management - it so surreal, in my opinion. Everyone walks on eggshells, scared that they may mess up. There are days when you don't feel like coming to work.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Come in, do you work to the best of your abilities but don't expect too much praise or encouragement for a job well done - especially from those on top. I did get to meet some nice people which was a plus.

Only happy with you if they're making their quotta. Don't care about their employees or the work that's being done. Company is shady. No paid time off and when you do request time they give u a hard time about it. Tons of gossip. Everyone thinks they're a boss and there's no professionalism from the ones that have any authority. Unless you want to get yelled at.

Great team!

I've been working at Pembroke Chrysler for about 3 months. It's definitely a fast paced environment. The people working there make you feel like you are part of a big family. The management is continually trying to improve the customer experience. Great training and support from from coworkers. It's a fun place to work and you will always be learning. lots of opportunities for advancement.

They buy everyone lunch on Saturdays.

Old building but a new one is on the way very soon!

amazing place to work if you are willing to put in work and effort. Very good commission pay so the harder you work the more it pays off. Very supportive management with plenty of perks

a company that truly rewards hard work, promotes within and pays very well. The management and senior management work very hard, support their workers and even the VPs will come in to help out and give advices and mentor.

Work to excel

You’re given the tools and opportunity to excel . If you want it you will get it here that’s for sure . They expect a lot but pay accordingly . If you’re just looking for a job and to sit around here’s not the place everyone works hard from maintenance too management everyone’s working and helping each other day in and day out!!!!!

This is probably the best place I have been employed. The upper management of the company genuinely cares about all employees and regularly check in to ensure you have all the skills to perform at a top level. Would highly recommend looking into a career at 401 if you're looking for a fun environment and great people!

Couldn't be happier!

Working at a 401 auto dealership is one of the best career moves I've made. Not only am I compensated better here than competing dealerships in the area, the management and staff are amazing! There is a culture of caring here which makes it easy to succeed and surpass expectations. I'd rate this place an 11 out of 10 if I could.

Worked for this company for over 3 years. I dedicated to this company because I care about my work ethic. I thought I was appreciated. When you think you can’t be replaced, you will be even if it means the next person taking over your roll won’t do a better job. If you do decide to work for this company, just keep in mind this is not a “we are a family” company. Don’t be fooled when they praise you because they won’t hesitate to take it all back. Also, don’t be fooled with the high ratings in any of their platforms, they make their employees leave these high rating reviews.
