A typical day at work is fast paced and busy, constant flow of traffic for customers.I have learned how to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. The workplace culture is great and everyone carrie’s a positive attitude daily.The hardest part of the job is keeping up with the ever changing sales industry but that is also the most enjoyable part!

It is a great experience with this company. You won't find another company like 401 Auto Group that cares about its employees. The workplace culture is extremely inclusive and supportive.

Working at a 401 auto dealership is one of the best career moves I've made. Not only am I compensated better here than competing dealerships in the area, the management and staff are amazing! There is a culture of caring here which makes it easy to succeed and surpass expectations. I'd rate this place an 11 out of 10 if I could.

I work in the automotive sales department at the London location. I can honestly say it is so refreshing to finally work for such a fun, inclusive, team oriented workplace. The General Manager does a great job ensuring that everyone is always motivated and positive and is always involved with the entire sales and service team which really helps capture the next sale and maintain the after sales service with the client. The sales manager is also very skilled when it comes to managing deals and helping other sales reps with training and closing more deals.

There are the most polite people I have ever met. Everybody at the dealership is so welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company or specially their Mississauga location to everyone. Moreover, the ladies working at reception are amazing at what they do. They greet with a big smile and helps with whatever they can. I was not at all nervous as soon as I walked into the dealership for my interview.
