What would you suggest The 401 Group of Companies management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Provide enough leads.

  • Proper training, communication with all staff to find where to improve. Constantly strive for improvement in all departments needing it.

  • Hire new Managers.

  • Funny I read these comments and for those that understand the industry then the words “work ethic, honesty, drive, educate, consult, helping people the right way” I see bury people in debt. The folks that have come to see me have been buried in debt by other dealerships and we try to help some of the worst cases I’ve ever seen. But again we speak truths while other dealerships tell you what you want to hear. It would be nice to hear about these people’s experiences that have said my negative things on here. I’m pretty sure they were lazy, or had no drive to succeed. My experience has been positive and great so far. Supportive staff. Great clients, and the vehicles are great too.

  • Do a total management reorganization. Hire a firm to review why there is a large turnover of staff and have outsiders reorganize the company and have them hire and train qualified management

  • Be Professional Don’t swear and shout at Empoyees I’m surprised That management hasn’t been smacked in the head
