  • Upper management can either quit or do the "Lower level" jobs for 5-6 months during the busiest time so they understand what we deal with.

  • more snacks please

  • Probably have more work get togethers

  • If given the opportunity I would like to have our marketing department approach more social media platforms to have higher engagement in order to pull in more traffic.

  • Build a proper safe, welcoming work environment

  • I would love a "dress down" day

  • Get more people to work for us

  • Keep rewarding the employee's on a daily basis!

  • Have Service and Parts answer the phone calls directed to them. If that cannot be done then having the ability to transfer calls to the departments so messages could be left to voicemail that should be checked daily. Create an environment that is SAFE for all employees, not just make it comfortable for those who don't care about others. Have appropriate training for every new person, not just throw them into the job and hope they don't sink. Have a tracker board for all sales staff so reception doesn't have to search to see who is still in the building. Have "dummy" account on PBS so training to make appointments and cancel appointments can be practised without having to potentially mess up a real appointment. Have a full orientation with an actual person so ANY questions about the company can be asked and answered in that time instead of signing paperwork and having to track down someone to answer any questions.

  • There is nothing good about this place. Any changes would need to be done from the ground up. I can't be more clear with my review. This place is terrible!
