If they keep acting this way they will reap what they sow.
Rapid expansion, little to no real direction or focus. This place while appearing profitable on the face is destined for a massive crash back to reality. Below average management combined with quality staff either bailing out or being terminated. It has the feel of a titanic just waiting for a real competitor to sink it.
I hope it goes into the ground like it deserves for treating customers and products how they do.
