Does The 401 Group of Companies allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?

I disagree with the answers here. 401 is not know to be flexible when it comes to your hours. Also, if you were late for any reason, management would be on you but never seemed to acknowledge any overtime hour spent.

Management is always willing to work with any staff member if that staff member's intentions are always positive. They never say no to anything, as long as it is a reasonable request and is respectful to other staff memebers.

40 hours with no base pay
No they do not in fact they expect you to work longer hours especially when you have to pick up vehicles for other people

There is a set schedule but it’s the vehicle and RV world. Your their to help ppl so if they can only come in on your day off and you truly want to help your client then you go in on your day off.
