Good place to work, slowly being ruined.
Good place, great people. The workload used to be super laid back, but is becoming increasingly unreasonable. Don't even get me started about the pay.

The good administrators and teachers are moving to other boards for a reason
I loved my job. I wish I could have stayed but I will be joining the rest of the community and moving to something better for my own mental health. No cameras, no articles, no games. The superintendents and board office staff need to go into schools.. Thames Valley isn't a great company to work for. Your job will be posted the next day.

Do your Job and you'll be left alond
Great experience so far, it is a very physically demanding job, you have to open your eyes well while you're cleaning as the standards are very high.If you come to work on time, work as they train you, work hard, stay away from any drama and not bother anybody, you will build yourself a very healthy work environment. The supervisors are super nice and charge custodians are cool to deal with.
