Terrible place to work

Stressed out overworked employees are the norm. Many backstabbing coworkers, unreal expectations. Bad work environment especially for junior engineers and other lower level positions.
Pros
Pay is okay, free coffee, free parking, interesting projects to work on.
Cons
Expect to do the job of 2 employees with no recognition for your hard work.
