Management isn't collaborative and lack in communication. There were many disruptive disputes in the work environment among colleagues; management was either too passive or too aggressive to intervene. No HR department or person when you would need an unbiased mediator. Office decor is outdated. For a software company they are slow to implement modern technology and don't offer much perks unlike other tech companies in the KW area. Bi-monthly pays were a downside too. They promote perks such as health hour to go to the gym, but it comes with strings to work after hours whenever called upon.Salary isn't on par for the industry.
A typical day here at Texada is composed of answering customer queries, setting up systems, planning deployments or training end user on how to perform better within the system and increase their profitability and revenue.
