Good to gain some experience. There are great resources and the management is fine. However, the workload varies quite significantly, could be very busy one month and then slow the next month.

One of the worst places I've worked

Management here was in shambles. This was during the pandemic, and the amount of work expectations exploded. Minimum 60+ hours a week, no work-life balance, expected to be available at all times, and rush to complete impossible deadline. It was a nightmare

One of the best organizations I have worked with was Tt. It’s a great environment with great management skills. It has a great promotional opportunities as well, If anyone want to grow, learn more and want to see themselves in a better position within the next 4-5 years Tt is the best.

Learning Fast

You can learn fast, but the onboarding process and training are not efficient enough. The scope of work definitely needs more orientation. Overall I am very satisfied, people are very nice and friendly.

I would not recommend leaving your job to go here. If you look at how often they are hiring for the same or similar role, then you will see the issue.

Probably the worst working environment I have ever experienced.

I believe the greatest skill of the management team is to fire people, very often without reason. Stabbing in the back the most common practice thoroughly supported by the manager. Extremely toxic working environments that is coming from the head. NEVER AGAIN TT!!!

Different experience depending on departement

Work life balance depends on the project or client you're affected to. The culture is also different depending on the department directors. Some departments are a joy to work at while others are so so. Good networking opportunities. I would recommend to shop for the big projects while interviewing.

Great place to work

The Calgary office is amazing. I am not sure about the other offices, but the whole organization seems great. The Accounting team was great to work with across the company except at head office. The culture there seemed to not be the same as elsewhere.

Great Management

I worked here while I was on internship during peak covid pandemic. It was hard for my boss to delegate the little work we had but the supper and understanding. Overall great experience for the little work I received but was still compensated.

The PM's rule the roost at the company, and get to decide who they can work with. This can be a pro if you can bend over backwards for their last minute requests, but otherwise, you are left at their mercy.No real performance reviews are done by the Engineering Managers, they just ask the PM's. Work can be really busy, but then they go and hire a lot of engineers and you can find yourself begging for work. Noticed Silos of same ethnic background people hired.
