Never follow through with their "rotation"

Good place if you don't mind being lied to and switched around every day. Supposed to be a 2 week rotation but what they don't tell you is the 2 week rotation doesn't start til you have a "home position" which could take 6 months or longer to get. And even when you do get the home position they still don't give you proper rotation. Get stuck on 6 weeks of nights or 6 weeks of afternoons
