Good
Good company to work for . Very easy to learn the company’s protocol. Pay is pretty decent. I worked with wonderful people. I would recommend this job .
Area Leader in Cambridge, ON

Terrible management, poor work life balance
Joined the company as an area leader. Only on boarding received was with hourly employees and nothing after. No SAP access for 3+ months. No further training provided. Management has a couple of favorite group leaders who are exempt from rotation, rest have to rotate to cover shortages. During NHL playoffs, 8 group leaders on day shift and 2 each on afternoon and night shift to cover the same work areas. Expect to work 7 days a week and if you decline, you are frowned upon. Ideas are not well received as “Thats how we do it” is the culture. HR are rarely available to address concerns brought forward. Area Leaders positions are always available here for a reason.

Lots of great people to work with
I believe I would have worked there till retirement if they didn't close their doors. Was good hours and good wages. Bosses were fair.
