Disorganized, management need to work harder on the production team, things are not organized, the people are very nice.i met lots of good people working at Tenneco
Not a good place if you are looking for Noc b jobs. Try for other opportunities in your area, this company will treat you as a General labour. You will hardly learn anything as a mfg
The problem is that nobody (management) at this place takes accountability they just blame and find a scapegoat they never listen to the workers on the floor and take in insight and learn to make it a better environment that will benefit both parties. They tell you what you want to hear and only half listen and nothing changes never getting down to the root of it. Hard workers who show up to work and are competent will be taken advantage of, while the lazy workers will be rewarded with easy jobs and less stress (untouched). This creates a lot of disgruntled employees. It can be very frustrating place to work at it feels like nobody cares anymore or tries and everybody suffers it starts from the top if they don't care then the rest follows.
Place is ok. Compared to other factories, you do get paid quite a bit more but the place is very unorganized. Definitely a good thing that a union is in place here.
Was good pay while it lasted. Management pushed a lot of OT on you. Not sure if it's like that at other facilities. Seems like they shut down and move to the cheaper location a lot.
