I really liked working there, my whole family works there so it was really easy, I know most of all the people there all my life but if I didn't they would have still been great. They are patient relaxed but busy at the same time. Just stay away from the gossip & high school stuff.& do your job right & safe. They interviewe was easy, there is a text so pay attention They take that very seriously. Good luck!!

Great place for growth and amazing family environment where everyone is listened to and valued.Lots of fun events for our families and building team culture.Investing heavily in equipment and plant.Lots of long time employees 15+years.

Tempo is a great place to work. It has monthly employee appreciation events. The moral of the staff is great to work in. They are making changes within the company to benefit the employees. Job security is a huge deal. Not one day was shut down during covid. "Essential"The staff has alot of knowledge to assist you with your job. Management has been good to their staff. It is ran in a professional manner. Highly recommend to join the team.

waste of time

worst place to work at Managements attitude completely sucks was told I wasn’t allowed to lift anything more than 25 pounds then had somebody come up and left 80 pounds in front of me and when I spoke up to the reason why The response I got was I don’t need the time nor the reason to explain myself to you 😂 place is a joke and a waste of time you can do better

Toxic awful place

Toxic environment. No chance for advancement. Owners are management and squash people (unless you brown nose). It was a horrible experience to never be repeated. And fellow employees all like to rattle on one another. The adult version of Romper Room. And they are cheap and are not willing to pay for talent
