They are more concerned about the revenue yet pretend they are caring for the clients. Very weak commission if you are working for the independent dealer.

My first year was great. Great hours, great pay.
This year (2018), they're making major cutbacks to everything and they've just changed the bonus structure to a competitive pay style. In other words, you're ranked across the entire Telus board based on region (100s of associates) which determines your pay. Last year, you were ranked based on your store, which was fair. Now it's turning into furniture sales and everyone's becoming a shark. Not a good environment. They send people to our store now to deal with the most illegitimate issues which takes major time away from sales, but whoever gets stuck dealing with those issues or "learning sessions" has no opportunity to sell. Not only that but if a petty client you did everything in your power for becomes irate, they can rank your service at "poor" which LITERALLY affects your pay, ranging from $50-250 less on your pay cheque. It's become extremely unbalanced.
