Started off well but ended up not so well

TELUS was a great place to work at. The culture and the enevironment is what set it apart. Unfortunately, management became concerened with teleworking and began constantly checking up on employees.

They will try to give you less benefits like fuel allowance. Had to fight for the salary. They don’t pay you full salary, they can terminate you at anytime regardless of your performance.

You will learn about all the Google Apps products. Work with small businesses and big corporation from all around the world You will take email and answer call as well. You need to have people skills and spirited teamwork and embrace change Schedule are stable for a duration from 2 to 3 months

Decent workplace

Working there has been w better experience than sny other call center i’ve worked at in the past. The company values its employees and regularly recognizes hard work and skills. They also have really good benefits. It is a competitive environment since you’re expected to meet your metrics and sell. Don’t like the fact that they train us for other departments without raising out pay, and expect us to handle a lot for what we’re paid. They should have regular raises at least once a year, especially with inflation. Commission is pretty good though, but competitive. Management is decent as well.
