It is a very stressful job. Dealing with rude people, your boss constantly hovering over you, pay is not consistent because they will send you home if you don't meet their quotas meaning you only get paid the time you were at work. They will also send you home for not having enough "enthusiasm" despite how many sales you got that day. Their expectations - more... are too high considering they only give you a day of training. They fired my friend who had really good sales that day for being a "bad influence" for leaning back on his chair. One thing i learned was when to recognize a toxic job - less
ProsEarn possible bonuses, really cheap vending machines
ConsManagment, inconsistent pay, rude customers
