You will deliver excellence in customer service when answering the phones for our clients using proper telephone etiquette; will embrace Telelink's Core Values: Happiness, Integrity, Respect and Dedication.
You have the ability to work evening and weekend shifts; strong knowledge of internet navigation; typing speed of 30 wpm would be an asset; strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse company. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be an asset. A Certificate of Conduct required. – less
