Previously worked form them as corporated and incorporated Here is how things go Most importantly: If say Provincial government wants some temp/ contractor they might call staffing company "I have a budge for 3 people paid 45 per hour for 6 month" The recruiter from Techstaff will call you and ask you "What is your rate?" You might answer: oh I think 37 per hour? They will keep the margin ( 45-37 = 8 dollars per hour and skim you off on an hourly basis. Be aware! Just remember the channel fee is much less than that! corporated: They should offer you employee benefit! And they have it. Make sure you ask for it. They will enroll you after 3 month. Incorporated: you should get at least 15-20% higher rate due to the fact you are charging them as a company
