Co-workers are friendly, during downtime in a call center you are able to quietly talk with those around you.


Hardest part of the job is communicating with irate customers, however, it is very rewarding to help find solutions to their concerns.

Nice place to work, relaxed culture, on site gym, free snacks, schedule is a rotation, but you get your schedule at least a week in advance (usually).
