Two tier culture. Management is distant from employees. Few interactions with employees or clientele. A great deal of favoritism. Poor management/supervisory style due to inexperienced or uneducated management for certain positions.


Low salary, few benefits for full-time/part-time staff or contract workers. Employees are cycled out after a few months or up to a year. Lack of consistency prevents many individuals from gaining confidence in moving forward to sobriety.
