What would you suggest Teck Resources Limited management do to prevent others from leaving?
Teck needs new staff as HR. The current ones have no clue what Human Resources means.
So toxic, anti fun, anti safety (even though they preach safety constantly), production first environment. Bosses don't care about you.
Yes it does, however I believe there are exceptions made for operators who are not getting in and out of their equipment regularly during the shift.
