A great culture that treats you fairly and as a person not a number. Hard work goes noticed and will get you far. Amazing management, and relaxed yet competitive growth. The company is full of constant learning and growth opportunities.

Gone downhill the last 3 years

Good place to start your career, but good choice to move on when you can. A lot of people are either looking for new jobs, or considering leaving. Low base salary, which they've acknowledged but decided to keep status quo to "incentivize" the workforce to hit their metrics and achieve their bonus. Very poor management at all levels - they move people into management positions with little to no training. There is very low morale across the organization. Poor communication across the board - hard to do your job properly when you need to collaborate with others, but their objectives and goals don't seem to align with yours and management does not hold their teams accountable. Strong politics, which either leads to people being blacklisted and negatively impacting their upward mobility due to being disliked, or on the flip side keeping people around when they should really be let go and allowing them to drag their teams down.

Great place to start your career

Company is growing very quickly, so lots of upward mobility. This is a pro and a con, as people are moving jobs every 3 months to 1 year. This makes it challenging for leadership to keep consistency within their teams and to stay on track with customer relationships.Great opportunity to develop strong sales/marketing experience, however the ability to learn and grow does slow down after your first few roles.As a woman, the company culture is best described as a boys club. Virtually all leadership and executive roles (outside of HR) are filled by men.
