I worked there for several years!
Co workers are incredible and the employee culture is great.
Management has not a clue what they are doing. They spend their entire day in their offices gossiping about everyone ( i know this, as i have sat through it)
Specifically, in the Intake/customer service area. The manager/supervisor there, has her favourites - more... and if you are not one of them, she will go to the moon and back to make your life miserable....forcing you out! I quit and numerous others quit because of her!!!
The pay is ok, but not worth the misery and poor treatment.

Side note: you wi ... - less
ProsWonderful co workers
ConsPoor Management, no work life balance, no room for fair advancement
