Good people but no direction
No clear direction from MGMT. No one can explain what they want and everyone does what they want so you constantly redo the same work forever hoping it's what someone wants.
For technical resources, this is a difficult job since no one knows what you do but will try to estimate your time for you and undervalue your efforts.
Constant turnover - more... means anyone can disappear tomorrow. Everyone is use to that so no one expects you to stay.
