Ok Company with a miserable pay format.
Work from home, depending on the job. they pay new hires more than they pay their current reps.Jobs can be anything from answering phones, Helping customers to advanced jobs such as Super escalated calls that the "handlers" cannot handle, and escalated from corporate requests. They pay everyone the same. Unless you'r some of the special few who had their foot in the door when they opened in Riverview. Don't plan on getting cozy by being an excellent worker. I was passed on promotion because I was too valuable in the position I was in

Don't work here
Worst company I have ever worked with. You will never get a salary increase from them unless the customer you support pay more for you. Sometimes they do not pay on time, this is unacceptable for a company as stablished and as big, as this one is. You are just a number (that is even in your e-mail address). You will never get to talk with your manager. All their HR, Finance tools are poorly developed and all confusing. Overall, everything is wrong with this company. If you have the option to work here, DON'T DO IT!

Please avoid working here;
The turn over rate is rather high for this company; the pay is Not enough for the cost of living.We spent 8 weeks of training for one area and the we got thrown in to mandatory training for another area without a pay raise. They expect us to do More for less pay.I did meet some amazing colleagues during my time here, however that was not enough to make me stay; the pay was embarrasing for the work we were expected to do.The management and team leaders were not as supportive as they could have been; we did have 1 team leader who did help how he/she could however it was not enough.The benefits were alright; however the pay unfortunately was not enough for the cost of living and it was the same across the board in the provinces where we were working from.They also inforced a longer shift with no warning, said this as mandatory; which was unnecessary because the calls were not as frequent towards the evening. I could go on but I will leave it as it.

Poorly managed
It did not take long to become thoroughly disappointed with this company. Unorganized. Unhelpful. Apathetic. Little to no instruction when needed. Few to none of their operating procedures are written down, so be prepared for non-stop confusion and stress. It rather felt like they threw us all to the wolves as soon as our 8 weeks of training was complete. I attribute this to the lack of experience in their team leads and managers. Turn-over in employees is so high there. Nobody sticks around. Within a few weeks of production, our already inexperienced team leader quit and was replaced by an individual who was only hired a few weeks ahead of me. Also, company provides you with low-grade equipment to work with. When it malfunctioned, which was often, downtime came out of your pocket. Too many red flags here. Too bad because the job itself could have been enjoyable, even if it only paid just above minimum wage.

don't stay here to build a career
You will learn a lot if you are open minded but don't expect to get a good raise. Appraisal system is not so clear and no one understands how management works
