Remote training sessions are uncomfortably overbooked. My boss is a great person, but the job's remote approach seems needlessly cluttered, and makes working from home more stressful than beneficial.

Stressful fast-pace environment

This role becomes very stressful over time. Once you get the hang of things it becomes very repetitive and unfulfilling. Entry level role in wealth. Scoring metics are silly. Not a good experience

After 3-week training, I hopped on calls already and it was very stressful. My advice is to be aware of the high turnover rate even in the management team and make sure the good understanding of the policies and standards.

Banking slaves

Do what your told, don’t be authentic, don’t have autonomy, this is the military of banking. You can learn lots and will gain knowledge from being constantly questioned by clients to the point it makes you doubt yourself. Management only talks to you when you do something wrong.
