Fast paced environment

Great place to work. Managers and colleagues are always willing to help. Customer calls were back2back as there was hardly some time to rest in between calls.

Good learning environment and fun workplace

Employees are treated like family and the customers are generally easy to deal with. My one gripe would be that the wages should be a little higher for the amount of information that you are expected to remember.

They think we are here only to make Money. They treat their trainee employees harsh. Very fasted pace work with low benefit. They should improve their training
