Fun place to work
TD is a fun place to work. It was one of the first serious jobs I had. It was ideal for that time of my life. But I couldn't sustain a family on those wages.
Pros
Rates on accounts
Cons
low pay

Great place to gain skills
Workplace culture is good, most people are happy to teach you stuff. Competition between bankers is not as bad other bigger banks, but the bonus/commission is less. All basic benefits are covered; medical insurance (by choice), vision, dental, 401K (after 1 year of service), some kind of life and disability insurance. Instead of vacation/sick days, you get PTO and can roll over only 1 week to the following year.
Pros
Flexible hours per week, eg 20, 30 or 40 hours
Cons
because of long store hours, they might ask you to work 10+ hours a day.
