Your manager doesn't support you if you are applying for another position within TD no matter how much of a sunshine employee you are. All they care about their own bonuses from their teams. Working at TD call centre is mentally exhausting. By the time you are home you don't feel like anything else to do. I stopped going to the gym and hanging out with friends. Very stressful environment.

I liked working here because it was fun, lots regulars to talk with and to foster a relationship with. There was always something new to learn. The financial aspect of it can be a little daunting but you can actually guide people into saving money by just educating them.

Overall TD Bank is a GREAT company to work for. To me TD provides me the opportunity to do great work with room for advancement. They recognize the value of their employees and provide a comfortable workplace environment embracing diversity.
Agile based process, starts with stand-up and then normal daily deliverables. Great place to work, learn new things as TD lets you get good exposure to everything. Most enjoyable part of the job is the team is very friendly and bonds you make with them at work and outside work.
Hardest part about the job in the environment that i was in was having to explain to consumers that they didn't have to stress about the fraud that had been committed on their account. The better part was hearing them at the end of the call being relieved.
This was a great place to work in, with endless possibilities for advancement. I learned fun new tactics of providing legendary customer service practices as well as the ability to work as a part of a team.

this place was pretty good. Over 10 years in various departments, mostly on the phone assisting customers with everyday banking and credit card inquiries. this job can become demanding if you let it. you can choose to work quietly and moderately with good benefits, or you can choose to work harder than you ever have before and be compensated extremely well for that. it can become tedious over time, but work-life balance is key
working at td is a fast paced environment with rapid changes twice a month coaching management is very helpful when we have issues they also many team building activities along with team outings.hardest part of the job is staying on top of rapid changes but with focus this can be achieved
