I had a great time working with TDBFG. They have given me the tools and resources that I needed to better make my own dreams and goals at a closer range. I majored in Customer Service. I provided clients with well planned long term financial goals as well as short term. Target goals were given every quarter throughout the year which helped to maintain a consistency within the company and at the same time helped management to better their staff where it was needed.

Basically, if you luck out and have a great manager, this is a fantastic company.

However, managers are people and sometimes people can be pretty terrible.

Also, company is sales focused while pretending to be customer/environment focused. Incredible amount of near-Orwellian doublespeak. Huge amount of paper waste at branch level.

Great place work. Good team to work with. Sometimes work pressure for targets on credit cards. Less appreciation from management. Have to motivate yourself.
