Good pay but management depends
Customer Experience Associate (Former Employee) - Richmond, BC - 9 December 2023
Good pay Management at each branch differs so I cannot say for certain, but the one I worked for was adopting micromanagement. Also, supervisors were too busy to teach. When I had questions, I did not get enough help. Without enough coaching, they still expected zero mistakes and you should be able to perform to their standards, which was impossible.

Okay place
Financial Analyst (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 7 December 2023
Average pay. Not much to say. The culture is okay. Depending who your manager is the experience will be very different. Best of luck to those who appliedm.

Decent wages but stressful sales goals
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - London, ON - 28 November 2023
Working here was okay day to day but the constant sales targets were overwhelming and sometimes the environment felt stressful but other than that it’s a decent job.

Unfair Work Environment
Financial Service Representative (Former Employee) - Markham, ON - 28 November 2023
Dynamic and work environment was very toxic. There was never a clear path to promotions or advancing in work opportunities. Felt like you had to befriend management to be recognized rather than your skillset or hard work. Would not recommend, felt like working in a sweat shop.

Typical Entry Level Experience
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 24 November 2023
Very typical customer service job. As long as you follow the order you should be fine. The downside is that depending on who your supervisor is, your life would be difficult
