Very stressful and demanding

The management is extremely stressful, they push and demand on the first day of work. The collaboration between employees and employers are not very clear.

Fast past multi tasking environment

Inbound and outbound calls, maintenance of customer concerns and minimizing loss to the bank by making arrangements to bring accounts up to date while maintaining a professional calm attitude that promotes a GREAT customer service experience. I have learned to be empathetic and understanding to allow the customer to express their wants and to treat each call differently. Call center area/ rotates teams members for different exposure to team managers allowing the opportunity to learn different techniques and grow under different styles of management. Co-workers are what make the job fun. We allow our selves to lean on one another and to learn off one another. Most enjoyable part of the job is that I have satisfaction that I am a key player forming the opinion of TD Canada Trust with the customer being the first point of contact in a very stressful time for the customer.

staff are overworked

Not enough staff to complete all the work in a timely fashion to provide good service. Management didn't care, its all about the bottom line. Management talent was below average, one was a real joke going out of his way to be critical of a person's work who was not in their department. Yes really!

Ok job

If you are someone that likes working in a fast paced call center setting then this is the job for you. GREAT benefits. Pay is ok for a start up. They promote work life balance but you really dont get that at all. Management really only cares about numbers and but some put in the effort to actually care about your well being.
