Productive, legendary customer serivce

Day to day banking for customers, Paying bills, transferring money between accounts, recommending products that benefit customer needs/wants. problem solving. dealing with all amounts of money, Cross boarder banking.

great place to start in the banking industry

almost always back-to-back calls with little time in between to relax, you learn a lot about the banking products/services so it's a good starting place. the managers are good people but terrible at their jobs, they are prone to micromanage you as everyone is ranked and you can easily tell who is struggling vs doing well. hardest part is the constant pressure to sell and even if you are meeting your targets you will still be coached on how to improve if you have a slow week

You get to learn about all the various product the bank as to offer and you tailor it to client needs. You learn to give good financial tips. Prepares you for career advancement

Very stressful, management always on your case if you do not sign up enough customers on products, back to back calls.

Td never has enough people hired, customers in ques that are waiting is normally 1000 or more. Always listening to your calls, different departments managers instead of helping like to put bad comments in about you just to make themselves look good. There is a lot of passing the problems with customers onto the wrong departments.
