What is the most stressful part about working at TD?

  • Direction from upper management and how they are disconnected from how the branch actually runs. Our managers in the branch are under such tight direct and aren't able to provide the correct staffing for how busy our branch gets.

  • Dealing with hackers

  • There were some days that may have been a bit challenging but for the most part I didn't find that there was a great deal of stress.

  • No downtime between calls, and high expectations for such little pay.

  • Management only cares about number and goals. They don't even understand how the business works and runs. They are people manager with no product knowledge.
