Yes, they are supposed to screen prior, but we had someone on our team who was picked up weeks after they already started. Someone didn't do their due diligence.

Hi there, I recently attended a hiring event for TD and I was passed the first round of interviews and my second interview went great. The managers seem to really like me. My question is will they contact me and tell me if I received on offer or not? and how long after will they reach out? Its been about three days and a weekend since my interview.

They are very slow and will take about a month. My interview was in November and I got my offer letter in January.
