What is the interview process like at TD?
For me, it took about two months; I applied, then after two days or so, I received an invitation to take an online assessment; after that, I got a phone interview appointment with HR which for about 30-40 mins, easy questions: -have you explained how to use the bank app to someone? -Where do you see yourself in 5 years? -Why TD? After a week, I got a call from the hiring manager to set an appointment for the second interview held with 2 Branch Managers; that one was a bit more complicated. Then after two weeks, I got a call from HR asking follow-up questions, then another week went by, and I heard from HR again giving me an offer by phone; after that phone offer, I waited another week for HR to send the official offer letter. So after I accepted, the background check took about two weeks, and I'm starting later this month. So Two days after application online skill test Two days after the skill test 1st interview One week after the first interview 2nd interview Two weeks after 2nd interview, a phone offer One week after the phone offer, an official mailed offer Two weeks background check Total time = 6-8 weeks give or takeAsked 26 August 2017
