Its one of the worst company. Pathetic managers. Favortism is the key mantra to survive there. Wouldn’t recommend it to even an enemy . I am on notice anyways

Worst culture and company to work for

1.Employees will be treated like unsullied(GOT reference) to it's clients. 2.Career and Mental health would definitely be destroyed.3.Nobody cares what you do even if you are in the same project for 20yrs.

Do not join

The company will keep you on same salary till inflation makes it unbearable to sustain. Do not join the organization. Management is not supportive and will demand unrealistic goals from you. Performers will be punished with more workload and will not get promotion. It has been 23 months since last promotion cycle and now backlog is so huge that performers and low-performers both are queue.

Pros

Used to have lot of it. Non for now.

Cons

No increments, super slow growth, lack of management intent to innovation and new technology paths.

Decent company but a lot of stress

Work management is not the best at TCS. The problem is not the company, but the pressure on the leaders which is passed on the employees. TCS brings a typical sub-continental culture to Canada, which is not bad, but it gets in the way for other people who are not used to it - leading to de-motivation and owning ones vision.

Supportive team member, transitions are usually very well handled, veteran in the consultancy space

Pressure on employees, leaders deems weak in holding employees from rough waters

It is a place to learn about new technologies. A great place to start your IT career but definitely not a place to work for a long time.The management is really poor and only promise. Staff are overworked.

Management credibility is questionable by employees and clients

TCS account management team does not seem to have gained credibility. I have also seen some clients that does not allow even to open any TCS applications within their networks. TCS account management team is not involved in any critical planning activities and seems it is fine with higher management as long as billing is going on.

Low salary, bad management, no work life balance

Exploitative low pay workplace that will deceive you

I was promised a big company as a client for software development. Turns out at this job they make you do excel work. They say one thing to you then do another. Also dont expect any raises to be in line with inflation or cost of living.
