They generally consider you if you are among top candidates otherwise you have to showcase extraordinary skills
Not sure what cpga is. skills and experience matter for the role as you are a representative of the consulting company
CGPA is useful at entry level but it is not the only criteria.. Post that other skills are more important.
Impressing HR doesn't have much impact as far as you just be original and put your thoughts in front of HR with a very impressive manner along with practical examples.
Yes, CGPA is considered important. But unfortunately, its relevant to jobs available in TCS.
