Truss Plant hours are from 6- 3:15 Monday-Wednesday and Friday, and 6-3:30 on Thursdays. In the contract for truss plant workers it states they can mandate an extra 4 hours of overtime, typically they do this on Monday and Tuesdays. They changed our hours from 6-3:15 to 6-5:00 (Mondays and Tuesdays) this summer and gave us next to no notice. They are not very considerate when making schedule changes.
