It’s not good, there’s a 6 month probation period when you start. They know that most will not want to work their that long hence why they don’t have to deal with sick days or give out their Benifit package. Out of 40 odd employees. Less than a handful have been there longer than Six months. They know they can hire more desposable high school Kids that they can drop anytime they want.
