Very demanding, long work hours.
Written by Supervisor Quality Control (Former Employee) from Brampton on 9 March 2018
Very demanding on a daily basis, long work days for supervisor and manager, therefore unable to balance life and work. Upper Management is constantly putting pressure on lab staff and staff are under pressure. Workload not shared by other departments within the group, therefore lab is overloaded with work.
ProsNone
ConsLong hours of work, not compensated adequately.
