Nice place to work but salary is not worth it

If you are looking for a place to work with sweet old people and money is no object, this is the place to work. If you need to at the very least make a living wage to afford to live in Vancouver, look elsewhere. For the amount of work and dedication that is expected, the salary is way too low. The extended benefits are not good. There's also no tips, no commission, no year-end bonus. Even with such high revenue this company does not compensate their employees fairly.

Save yourself the time and do not work here

I loved this company for so long when I worked here... but that did not last long. The management will treat you poorly if you ever bring up any issues and every now and then head office will come down to sweet talk. Turnover is high because they do not respect work-life balance and there was constant overtime. Compensation was not worth the headache; no tips. Save yourself the time and apply literally anywhere else. I do love senior care and will continue to work with seniors, but at another company.

Meal tickets were cheap, lovely residents

No work life balance, bad wage, bad management, overtime

Nice company, good culture, good enviroment and nice people, I would recomend this company for whoeven want a nice and too defficuld job. Very fair to get along with a decen life style.
