If you enjoy being around the elderly and helping than this is a great place. However, Management and the Corporate culture is about profits first and people second. Everyone is deemed as replaceable so there is no incentive for management to try and keep good employees. There is a lot of turnover at all tapestry communities and this speaks volumes to the culture of the organization.

Discounted lunches.

Cons

No parking for staff, salaries below other facilities in the industry.

Great place to work. The residents are wonderful, and the management is supportive. However, there's room for improvement as some employees lack motivation, which can be occasionally overwhelming.

Collaborative, collegial, honest, fun, professional

I have never worked with a more professional, inclusive and collaborate leadership team. Each day is managed with an open mind, sensitive and knowledgeable approach. Our team endeavors to support each other daily and equally important, to support our wonderfully active residents. We chose to listen to them, allow them to feel heard, and offer our unconditional care.
