Needs a lot of improvements.
Food Truck Captain (Current Employee) –  Vancouver, BC1 December 2018
Everything trickles down and ends up being the responsibility of underpaid and underappreciated staff.
No proper training for people. Morale is low. People can't wait to leave.

Cook/Prep (Current Employee) –  Tofino, BC3 December 2017
I've worked at Tacofino for two years and it has been one of my favorite cooking experiences yet. Its a tight space and days are long but everyone is friends in and out of work. We work 10 hour days so we can enjoy 3 day weekends camping and surfing. the wages are great and daily tip out even better. A free burrito to take home every night. Not too much to complain about.. minutes walk from the beach. Can i go on?
Pros
free dinner, daily tip out, 3 day weekends
Cons
10 hour days

Line Cook (Former Employee) –  Burnaby, BC4 May 2017
the hardest part of my this job was having a service on a food truck a lot of unexpected things happen. Most part building a company for 1 food truck to a company with multiple food truck and restaurants and become a stable in the city.
