Good Starter

tips aren’t the greatest, more support staff need to be hired, if you are more experienced, look elsewhere. coworkers are great, managers can be great but also could care a bit more about staff & all the hard work we do

Easy going place

Managers are friendly, schadule is flexible. It is hard to update your position. You get %30 discount on your food. They give you 2-3 weeks schadule in advanced and usually it is the same so dont worry about that.

Great culture, good money

Restaurant GM is quite progressive and empathetic with staff, and also has a belief in working hard to provide generous hospitality. As a result, the staff is cared for, the guests are cared for in turn, and everybody makes good money. Because it is very busy and standards are so high, shifts can be long and require sustained focus... it is hard work, but well rewarded and with good people around.

Poor front and back communication. No respect for cooking times.

Con: Don't be surprised to walk into an empty station and have 1-2 Hours of prep time for your busy night service. No respect for cooking time. If the front screws up an order they want whatever it is in under 2 minutes. Pros: Everyone is pretty relaxed and chill. You can move up easily if you are solid, keep your head down and focus on getting things done.
