Poor company

T Lane is a sub standard company that cares only for themselves not their employees. The lease operator rates are below industry standards. The benefit package is a joke.

Different for everyone

I can only base my review off my time with this company, it will be different for everyone. The Edmonton office is full of great people, but has slowly become toxic with "company spies" reporting everything to management. Communication between branches, departments and between management and staff is beyond terrible, however, owners and management will micro manage your day, so just work hard and keep mouth shut. Company uses the "under promise & over deliver" moto for their customers but is constantly "over promise & under deliver" to staff.

Best in truckers safety , great benefits

I am so glad that I am paid hourly instead of per mile, company offers really good benefits, paid sick leave and the dispatch team is very friendly. I am glad to be a part of this company. I am treated with respect and the entire team is supportive. Safety is no.1 priority.
