Got sent away from my family for 2 weeks sales training, to do role playing in a classroom. The experience was fun, but completely unnecessary. The management wanted results, but provided no solutions, and a serious lack of guidance. Good people, just not a good company, everything dictated by the upper management, and literally too many cooks in this kitchen.

Fun place to work, very busy! worst part is the lack of work life balance. Can make very good money if you work hard and go above and beyond for the customers.
